Tamilnadu Board Results - Std XII

The +2 results for TN Board have come and the biggest surprise this time is the drastic decrease in the number of centums in almost all the subjects. Two months back, the students and teachers protested for re-examination with reasons of their own, but all their fears have come true.

Another thing of worry is the continuous downtrend in the pass percentages. As usual, girls have a better pass percentage than boys. More than the decrease in number of centums, the decrease in pass percentage should ring alarm bells.

I hope the authorities do not over-compensate and set a damn easy set of question papers next year. The last thing I would like to hear is a reservation based on year of passing.
