Let this time not be a one-sided affair

Till yesterday I was pretty much confident that the DMK front will win the upcoming TN Assembly elections hands down. But the Hindu CNN-IBN poll survey sprang a surprise by telling the election is too close to call. I have always ridiculed Vijayakanth in movies but his effect in the outcome of this election 'might be' profound. Not that he is going to win the election, but with the margin of votes between the top two parties being so small, a vote split due to DMDK (Gaptun's party) would swing Fort St.George from DMK to ADMK or vice versa.

Another welcome change would be a coalition government in TN. This would be true only if the DMK front wins. I also want some people in the opposition benches. Whoever wins, let them not win by a huge margin of seats.

hi I should reveal my experience that I had in madurai and districts nearby. People prefering communist these days in these areas, Communist are set to win in popular areas and the rest of the areas are set to elect DMDK or AIADMK. Stunningly with my experience in Chennai has been different and atleast two to three auto drivers predict the come back of AIADMK.

Let us wait for the results!!!

I believe there wont be anti incumbency this time around. but govt EE#s wud love a change in govt as they have been screwed up, but only for the good. my cab driver used to say how EE#s at secretariat used to crib abt the strict working culture being brought abt by amma. thats the only reason they would want a change...
